Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Leather Restoration Studio LLC provides furniture repair and restoration services in Miami and surrounding areas. All services are performed by appointment and based on agreed pricing at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are estimates until materials are confirmed. Final pricing may vary based on fabric/leather selection and repair complexity.

3. Payments

We accept Zelle, checks, bank transfers, and major credit cards.
A 50% deposit is required at the first appointment, with the remaining 50% due at delivery/installation.
All electronic payments are subject to a 2.6% processing fee.
Florida state sales tax of 8.25% applies to all services.

4. Travel Fee

A travel fee of $50 applies for each visit to the customer’s location.

5. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship and materials used. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and pet damage are not covered.

6. Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials are ordered.

7. Liability

Leather Restoration Studio LLC is not liable for incidental damages or losses outside of the agreed restoration work.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
